Hello.
I came to Europe to get a fresh perspective. And to complete unfinished stories. In late Spring 2022, I began to finish up novels that had no ending or had to be fulfilled one way or the other. In late October, I had to shift my thinking from “writer” to “editor/proofreader.”
I began to search for mistakes, typographical errors, misspellings, and so forth. My original intention was to get a literary agent. But that is impractical because my novels, novelettes, and short stories are not one single genre. So, I decided to self-publish.
I have never made my work public. I wrote them then put them away because they had been fun (and sometimes quite challenging) to write. But the time had arrived to share them. My writing is not everyone’s “cup of tea.” But, wow, to date about 78 of them have sold since I posted the first work in mid-November 2022.
My work can be found at BN.com (Barnes and Noble), Apple Books, Kobo, Tolino, and Amazon. Also at: OverDrive, Scribd, BorrowBox, Hoopla, Baker & Taylor, Biblioteca.
Yes, I am still reading books by other authors (biographies) but my main focus is on my work, so far. I am still going to post more of my work in the places above. But, golly, being an editor/proofreader of my own writing is a big job.
For these reasons, I have kept away from social media.
